With the Type K adaptor users can utilise the following probes:

• PK23M Oven/meat probe
• AK28M Air probe for ambient temperatures

With the Type T adaptor users can utilise the following probes

• PT22M Standard penetration probe
• AT26M flexible air probe for ambient temperatures
