Remote Reading Dial Thermometer (Options from -40 to 600 °C)

Description

SIKA precision remote dial thermometers are the tried and tested solution for temperature measurement of fluids and gases in the industrial sector, everywhere where it is not possible to read a local thermometer. They are ideal for installation in pipelines, containers, machines and plants, have a long service life and do not require any external power.

Type 313 WH, 323 TA, 333 TE and 334 KL dial thermometers are capillary line thermometers comprising a crimped-on ring case, capillary line and immersion tube. Cases, capillary lines as well as immersion tubes and connections are made of stainless steel. All devices comply with EN 13190 and meet the class 1 requirements.

The devices are available in the nominal sizes from 63 to 250 mm. Through the crimped cases, the thermometers are permanently sealed (IP65) and they are ideal for case fillings with silicone oil (optional). We recommend this version with case filling for applications that involve vibrations.

The device display can be supplied with a wall bracket, front/rear mounting flange or U-clamping bracket so it can be mounted in an easy to read position. The capillary line is routed to the actual measurement point and connects the measuring system and display unit. The capillary line can be equipped with an optional capillary line protection to protect against mechanical damages.

We supply many different display ranges with measurement spans from 80 to 600 K. On the connection side, our standard range includes five different connection types, various connecting threads along with numerous capillary line lengths, immersion tube lengths and diameters. When combined with each other, the variants facilitate perfect solutions for nearly any application.

In addition to SIKA’s standard range, they also fabricate special versions based on customer specifications. A great number of options are possible.
