Description
Connect the 2090 via RS232 connection (USB to RS232 adapter available) to a computer to automate any task performed by a decade resistance box, to automate calibration or ATE tasks. Providing a basic accuracy of up to 0.1% (0.01% accuracy option available), the 2090 is ideal for simulation of any resistance from 0.1 Ohm to 99.9999 kOhm. Control of the 2090 uses simple commands that can be sent to the unit from any program or programming language, or using the included 2090 Virtual Front Panel software. The 2090 provides passive resistance output, and exactly mimics the performance of traditional decade boxes. For use without a computer, the 2090 provides control via keys on the front panel, and a display to indicate the current output.
